Return of the Phoenix

- From the Ashes to Rebirth - from Rebirth to Plenitude of Living

Bird Phoenix is a mythological creature from Greek mythology related to rebirth and the recycling and regeneration of life.  

The myths says that The phoenix had the capacity to be burned into ashes, to disappeared and loose its form totally, and from there to rise again into a new bird, with new life opportunities and more wisdom.

This cyclic transformation can be seen as our own capacity and courage to allow ourselves to transform in life, do enter the fire of transformation.

It is our own capacity to grow beyond our limitations, to find now life when the old structures are holding us back. It is the strong will to live more authentic, fuller, more complete.

It is our own capacity to expand our consciousness, and it is our capacity to include a larger and larger perspective of what we are, and what we are a part of.

Bird Phoenix is not on an ego-trip, but has the willingness to surrender and give his/her life to a larger purpose; to be reborn into a form where both the inner desires and the other needs are united.

Bird Phoenix is related to the sun, and this energy, the fire, is what is transforming the old form info the possibility for a now birth, a new return, a new regeneration.

I chose this theme now because this myth is very close to my own life the last years. (This workshop is linked to the element of fire. In March you can join another regenerative workshop; Biodanza silence retreat, where the element of water and the power of yin has a bigger place in the transformation process).
