Warmly welcome to join at Winter Equinox.

This evening is the moment just before the sun "turns".  We are at the most dark moment of the year (or brightest if you are on the south part of the planet).

In the dark, you can lean in and rest.

In the dark, you find the seed for new possibilities.

In the dark you see the light much more bright.

From the dark, light will again emerge.

 

I personally love this time of the year. It feels as a needed place for nutrition, reflection and digestion. It is a time to land deeper in life.  

During this session we will dance, connect, transform, express, surrender and listen. And we will together enter a ritual of light – a light ceremony.

Let’s come together to celebrate life, to honour it, and connect with a deeper truth, and the essential life force.

IMPORTANT: Please have with you a large candle and matches. You will need it and use it during the ceremony.

The event is online via zoom due to the social lock down in Oslo.
