Biodanza and poetry

We continue our life-centered dance journey on Tuesday nights.

This time the focus will be on embodiment, nutrition, awakening and to discover our poetic expression.

All these are paths to reconnect with our source.

 

We will welcome fundamental aspects of our life path; Aspects that supports our lives and gives it color.  Aspects that initiate us into pleasure, love and spirituality. Aspects that guide us on our existential creative life journey.

At the most sensitive moment in the session, you will be invited to write key words, poetry, insights, questions, sensations on your piece of paper. This is a beautiful and important moment of self-recognition, discovery and integration; a loving thread to source, to our origin.

 

 

When and where?

We dance April 27, May 4, May 11 and May 18 at 19:00 - 20:45 (Norwegian time zone UTC+2)

We use Zoom as our online platform.

 

Who can join?

The classes are open to people with previous biodanza experience.

They fit best for those that already have been with us online the last year. However, the online-experience is not a must. Please contact me if you would like to join, but you are not sure if this is for you. We can find out together 😊

Fee for this course is 549 NOK
