Biodanza in Tromsø - deepening experience

This Sunday, we open up for more people to experience the enormous potential of biodanza and for a lower cost.

You are invited into two completely different sessions, one before lunch and one after lunch.

Join us for one session or both sessions. You choose.

Cycles of life and the rising sun

The sun rising, the body opening, the awareness expanding. This ceremony is an invitation to reconnect with your inner sun as a metaphor of the life energy that moves the universe.

We will celebrate the summer solstice and the midnight sun by dancing, moving with purpose and pleasure, meeting others from an open presence, learning how to be honest with ourselves, and how to access deep levels of existence.  

Through dance, we can access deeper levels of connection with ourselves, with others, and with the dancing universe. In this session, we will practice how to deepen our connection with those three levels and learn how to live a full life.

Dancing not only triggers positive emotions and feelings but can also be healing and transformative. In this dance session, we will explore some of the different ways dancing can allow us to heal, connect with our full potential and with others, and experience life beating strong inside of us. We will dance with the clear intention to wake up our inner sun as a metaphor for the energy that connects us with life and supports us when the going gets tough.

When: Sunday 26 June 11:00 – 13:30 (The doors are opening at 10:45. The session starts at 11:00) 

If you want, we have lunch together out on the pier (or inside the room if bad weather). Bring your own food. There will also be time just to rest between the two sessions.

About biodanza:

Biodanza is a powerful, yet sensitive method for human growth, integration, healing and development.

Biodanza stimulates our inherent resources and brings out more layers of who we are.

No one exists as isolated islands. We are all connected, and man develops in the face of life, life in ourselves, life in others and life as a whole.

We use, among other things, music, integrated movement, meetings, contact, vivencia, trance and increased awareness as tools.

Both sessions are given by Unni Heim. 

Unni is a warm and sensitive facilitator. She grew up in Tromsø, but has lived most of her adult life in Oslo or around the world. Since the year 2000, she has been on a deeply transformative journey, both personally and professionally. She works full time with dance, meditation and human development, and has been invited to teach in several countries in Eastern, Southern, Central and Northern Europe as well as South Africa and Bali.
Bringing people together to support our deeper life journey is her greatest passion.

Unni is also the founder of Biodanza i Norway, and she is the founder and co-director of Norsk Biodanzaskole (the school training new biodanza teachers).
