Who am I when I do not force myself anymore to please (or displease) at all costs, to be acknowledged?

Who am I when I start seeing myself and others as we are with love?
Who am I when instead of dissecting my life, I dance it?
The approach of “Identity and of Self-esteem” in Biodanza, is a powerful invitation to reconnect with our internal forces at the heart of our identity.
Often it is our thoughts about ourselves that are the most limiting in our lives; they block our action and they steal our rest.
The invitation is:
- To perceive oneself as we are is bringing wholeness, and sets us free.
- To welcome ourselves with love brings motivation to take our place in the world.
- To express oneself with courage brings richness to the world.

About the teacher:
The workshop is facilitaded by Unni Heim.
Unni is the director of The Rolando Toro School for Biodanza – Norway, and the founder of Biodanza in Norway.
Unni is a warm and sensitive facilitator. She grew up in Tromsø, but has lived most of her adult life in Oslo or around the world. Since the year 2000, she has been on a deeply transformative journey, both personally and professionally. She works full time with dance, meditation, ceremonies and human development, and has been invited to teach in several countries in Eastern, Southern, Central and Northern Europe, as well as South Africa and Bali.
