This weekend I wholeheartedly invite you to dance some of the archaic energies that lives inside of us. They are all important in their own way, strengthening the flow of the life energy in each of us. However, alone, or perverted some of these archetypes can be hurtful for ourselves and others.

This time we will use the archetypes from the Pantheon:

Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Athena, Apollo, Aphrodite, Ares, Artemis, Dionysus, Demeter, Hades, Hermes.

They carry energies & qualities related to be a leader, to protect, to create change, to enjoy beauty, to go into the underworld and allow new seasons to unfold, to search for wisdom & understanding, to allow our craziness and enjoyment, to feel, to play, to hunt, to nurture, to relate, to learn, to be finetuned and more.
