Since 2010, I have facilitated more than 30 retreats at Dharma Mountain, and 10 of these have been New Year's retreats.

When we move organically, our resources are awakened to life. We begin to know who we are, what we want, where we are going, and what is important to us. We become available to relate more deeply to both ourselves and others. We begin to notice our fundamental values: values that we can navigate by. We gain more access to our own unique essence and voice, our creative power, while at the same time experiencing that we are part of the very fabric of life.

Perhaps being awake is being sensually present in the moment, in the midst of the vivencia of what is, alive in every cell, trembling, harmonious and full of love.
Having multiple sessions over several days provides an opportunity to step into the vivencia of many colors and facets of our essence. The powerful, wild, delicate, subtle, refined, sensual, erotic, clear, hidden, deep, light, joy-filled, creative, responsible, playful, etc. etc. etc. All parts are part of our waking consciousness. Perhaps we could call it "embodied aliveness". And all parts are full of love, embraced by love, and colored by love.

It is a true pleasure to invite you to spend 4 magical days at this beautiful place. Surrounded by majestic mountains, snow and wild nature, Dharma Mountain is a place for deep inner contact and recovery. It gives us the perfect setting to immerse ourselves in both nature and ourselves.
Food:
The food served here is absolutely delicious - made with love and care. Dharma Mountain serves locally sourced vegetarian food. They can offer adjustments for those who need gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan options. This only applies to those who register earlier than 2 weeks before the retreat.
NB: Please write in the comments field in the registration form if you would like to order gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan options.
There (in the comments field) you must also inform about other allergies. In some cases, Dharma Mountain can adapt the food to allergies if they are notified in good time. In other cases, you will have to bring extra food yourself. You will find out this together well in advance of the retreat.

Accommodation:
You can choose whether you want to stay in a cabin (either single room, double room, in the attic) or whether you want to sleep at home where you live nearby (different price options).

Most cabins have two bedrooms with space for two people (one cabin is much larger and has 3 bedrooms). In addition, all cabins have a sleeping loft. All cabins also have a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, as well as a kitchen.

The deposit is non-refundable, unless we have to cancel the event due to national restrictions or otherwise. If this happens, you will be refunded the full amount.
The remaining amount must be paid immediately after signing in. A separate payment link will be sent to you for this.
Make sure you have travel insurance in case you are prevented from participating at the last minute.

PS: It is possible to stay an extra night at Dharma Mountain after the retreat. That is, the night between January 1st and 2nd.

The facilitators:
Unni Heim is an experienced and warm facilitator, therapist and space-holder. She has worked with biodanza and human development for more than 20 years, and has led retreats and trained biodanza teachers in several countries. Her background as a psychosynthesis therapist and biodanza teacher means that she is able to lead the group with deep empathy and competence.

This year we have my wonderful friend and collegue Verity Maud from South-Africa visiting us. She will holde one of the sessions as well as some dance om NewYears eve.
Verity is the co-director of the biodanza school in Johannesburg. She is also a designer, and holds transformative retreats in different countries in Africa.

Who can participate?
We want the retreat to be a safe and supportive experience for everyone, and we want to be able to go deep into the potensials. It is therefore a prerequisite that you have experienced biodanza before, so that you know what biodanza is.
If you are unsure whether you have enough experience, please contact us, and we will find out if this might be right for you.
Prerequisites: You must be drug-free, in stable mental health and have a healthy ability to self-regulate.
