from 10:30 to 19:30 Saturday
from 10:30 to 17:30 Sunday
Location: Scenehuset, Bogstadveien 49, Oslo

The Minotaur Project offers both a transformational and therapeutical approach in Biodanza.

It’s inspired by classical Greek Mythology, and the story of the Minotaur entrapped inside the labyrinth.

The Minotaur Project uses Biodanza methodology to access a more abundant life through overcoming inner blocks and deepest fears which can be holding us back in life. The ancient Greek myth is used to access our path inwards, where anxieties are met and transformed into courage and liberation.

Rolando Toro Arenada said the following about The Minotaur Project:

"The Minotaur Project is an extraordinary approach to the human destiny. It is a methodology for the discovery of one's identity. A myth from the ancient Greece and contemporary ritual are used to open to an inner path.

The labyrinth is an archetypical metaphor to represent our existence, full of doubts and enigmas.

The Minotaur, creature with a human body and a bull head, symbolizes the wild and instinctive part which lives inside us like a primordial power.

The mission of the "project" is to re-establish the contact with these primordial forces, to value their beauty and their power of self-regulation. In this experience the "challenge" doesn't consist in killing the "Inner Minotaur" but in assuming it (make it our own)."

Winston Churchill once wrote,

"Fear is a reaction. Courage is a decision".

Welcome to this workshop where you’ll be led to rescue and set free the powerful and magnificent Minotaur within. Surrounded by affective support, solidarity and respect, each participant will have the opportunity to face fear, make peace with it, and integrate it as a powerful ally, freeing vital energy and increasing self-confidence.
