OSLO - BIODANZA workshop with Unni - Dancing into Wholeness: The Gift of Polarities
25. juli 2026
Adresse: Kgb dans og ballet, CC Vest, Lilleakerveien 14, 0283 Oslo
Warmly welcome to a one day Biodanza workshop with Unni.
Dancing into Wholeness: The Gift of Polarities
Dance into Wholeness is an invitation to dance the many polarities within us
— strength and softness, stillness and wildness, vulnerability and power, grounding and freedom, shadow and light just to mention a few.
Through movement, music and connection, we explore how opposites are not in conflict, but part of a greater wholeness.
A space to embody the full spectrum of who we are.
