Biodanza workshop with Unni Heim - Awaken the Animal Within
10. oktober 2026
Adresse: Kgb dans og ballet, CC Vest, Lilleakerveien 14, 0283 OSLO
Warmly welcome to a one day Biodanza workshop with Unni Heim.
Awakening the Animal Within
This workshop is an invitation to awaken and honour the animal within us.
It is an invitation to surrender to the intelligence of the body, to move beyond the mental control of the thinking mind, and to reconnect with the primordial life force within.
Our animal intelligence is direct, raw, primitive, sublime, attuned, wild and wise — a wisdom deeply connected to the intelligence of life itself.
This animalistic energy is also a foundation for vitality, aliveness, synergy and harmony.
When we lose contact with this part of ourselves, life can become drier, more disconnected and less vital. The animal within us can teach us about sustainability, embodied connection, and a grace inherited from the dawn of time.
Let us dive into the divine animal within each of us, and invite it to reclaim its rightful place in our lives.
You are warmly welcome.
