Biodanza in Nature - a 4 day retreat with Unni Heim at beautiful Dharma Mountain
Welcome to Biodanza in Nature - a 4 day retreat with Unni Heim at beautiful Dharma Mountain in Valdres, Norway, 13 – 16 August 2015.
from 18:00 Thursday 13 August 2015 until
approx 14.00 Sunday 16 August 2014
Theme: Reconnection with Life and Love
Over the last two years, this retreat has been a big success being one of the most beautiful Biodanza events you can imagine!
Reconnect with life through joy, love and deep presence.
Being in nature brings us closer to the vibrant harmony that exists in all living beings. It helps us find our way back to our center.
At the same time, nature shows us that we are all inter related to each other; human beings, animals, plants, the wind, mother earth and the stars.
When we surrender to this connection it gives us access to our vital energy, and it brings us into joy - the joy of being alive.
Love is the gravity that links it all together. For us humans, it is the heart connection and the presence in our body that is the door into this experience.
The retreat takes place in the middle of wild nature with mountains, rivers, trees, fresh air and green fields.
Most of the Biodanza sessions will be in the middle of nature. Some sessions will be with music and others in total silence, only accompanied by the music of nature itself.
We also have a lovely dance room in the main house at Dharma where we can dance in case of bad weather and for special dances.
We will also experience some hours in silence.
